Ultrason ® PPSU

PPSU is an amorphous thermoplastic with high transparency and hydrolysis stability. The product can withstand repeated steam disinfection. PPSU, scientific name: Polyphenylene sulfone resin PPSU is a product of the PSF series of polysulfone. It is a novel thermoplastic engineering plastic, which refers to polymer compounds containing sulfone groups and aromatic nuclei in the molecular main chain, and is amorphous. Sulfone resin is mainly used in electronic and electrical, food utensils, dairy processing equipment, and some daily necessities, automotive, aviation, medical, and general industrial sectors. It is used to make various contactors, connectors, transformer insulation parts, thyristor caps, insulation sleeves, coil skeletons, terminal blocks, printed circuit boards, shaft sleeves, covers, TV system components, capacitor films, brush holders, alkaline battery boxes, and wire and cable covers. Sulfone resin can also be used as protective cover components, electric gears, battery covers, aircraft internal and external spare parts, spacecraft external protective covers, camera baffles, lighting components, and sensors. Replacing glass and stainless steel for steam plates, coffee containers, microwave cooks, milk containers, milking parts, beverage and food dispensers. In terms of sanitary and medical equipment, there are surgical plates, spray, humidifiers, dental instruments, flow controllers and laboratory instruments, which are used as adhesives with high bonding strength for veneering, and as pump covers, tower external protective layers, acid resistant nozzles, pipes, valve containers, etc. in chemical equipment.

PUltrason ® PESU

PES (Polyether Sulfone Resin) is a transparent amber amorphous resin with excellent heat resistance, excellent dimensional stability, and good chemical resistance. In addition, PES exhibits excellent reliability for rapid temperature changes and has excellent reliability for long-term use at high temperatures. The excellent processability and properties of PES make it widely used. ◎ Heat resistance: The temperature for thermal deformation is between 200-220 ℃, the temperature for continuous use is between 180-200 ℃, and the UL temperature index is 180 ℃. The PES electrical and electronic field utilizes the advantages of PES, such as solder resistance, good dimensional stability, resistance to various cleaning agents, ability to embed metal parts, and good adhesion with epoxy resin, as an H-class insulation material used in the electronic and electrical field. The main products that have been developed include coil skeletons, potentiometer casings and bases, hair dryer parts, printed circuit boards, button switches, insulators for thyristors, insulators for electric tool motors, coil skeletons for printers, supply fans, relays, DIP switches, and various types of connectors. Extrusion molding can also be used to produce thin films of different thicknesses for various electronic devices and electrical products in the PES mechanical field. By utilizing its advantages such as high temperature creep resistance, dimensional stability, oil resistance, and good toughness, it has been widely used in areas where general resins cannot meet usage requirements. The main products that have been developed include levers, handles, brackets, etc. for various machines, observation glass for X-ray devices, insulators for chain saws, agricultural machinery engines and vaporizers, piston rings, heat-resistant balls, gears, copier parts, camera parts, projector parts, industrial hair dryer covers, automotive air conditioning parts, handles for arc welding guns, various analytical instrument components, etc. The PES automotive industry mainly utilizes its rigidity and dimensional stability within a wide temperature range of -100 ℃ to 190 ℃, high temperature creep resistance, and resistance to gasoline, diesel, and various types of engine oils. The developed products include various bearing retainers, brake shaft bushings, noise suppressors for igniters, engine gears, coil frames for vaporizers, reflectors for fog lights, thrust rings, etc. The PES hot water field mainly utilizes its excellent creep resistance, rigidity, and dimensional stability in hot water or steam at 160 ℃. The main products developed include valves for hot water and steam, insulators for anti-corrosion electrodes, components for temperature sensors, pump bodies and impellers for various liquid and powder pumps, radiator valves, and components for ultrafiltration devices. The field of PES equipment, mechanical medical equipment, and food processing machinery mainly utilizes its ability to use sterilization methods such as steam sterilization, dry steam (180 ℃) sterilization, and V-radiation sterilization, and its ability to withstand repeated disinfection. The main products developed include contact lens sterilizers, handles for dental drills, surgical containers, syringes, valves and pipes for the food industry.
